It was a smooth interview and the recruiter was so professional. It was more like a conversation than an interview. They asked me about my previous work experience and why I wanted this job.

2 rounds of interviews and tour of the headquarters. Straightforward process and fairly quick turnaround time from application to offer. Staff was friendly, offices were nice and they seem to have a good culture and reasonable upward mobility potential. Starting salaries are low for the area, but they have a clear path to raises and promotions.
