Lockton gave a presentation at my college and I sent them my resume. They reached out to me and offered me an interview. It was two separate 30 minute interviews back to back with two interviewers in each session. Very open and free flowing. 100% behavioral and the interviewers were very friendly.

They mostly just asked to know more about what was on my resume and what I have learned from it. They also asked a few classic interview questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses.
Very simple. 2 rounds, one with an actuary on the team, and the other with the lead actuary. All behavioral questions, nothing technical. Communication was very smooth, fast, and very organized process
