I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockton Companies (Des Moines, IA) in Feb 2024

Interview

Phone interview for round 1, then an in-person interview for round 2. Took about an hour and was mostly behavioral-type questions. Was expecting more technical but never got them. Interviewers were very nice but for the office of that size (very small) it seemed like they did not want to take an intern from the get go.
