Do not have an someone who is not a recruiter do recruiting. Very interesting company but the interviewer was unprepared to say the least. I was as well so it made for a mess of a phone call. About 5 minutes into the phone call the Interviewer asked if this is something I would be interested in to which I started asking questions to determine so. We talked about my background and I asked about Salary to which the Interviewer threw up an awkward imaginary base number not including OTE. Although it did catch my attention it was an obvious lie. Locus Robotics should hire and actual recruiter and not have someone who sounds like a time pressed engineer running a phone interview. It's too bad, I would have loved to talk to the person I was supposed to talk to to get real answers.
