Three rounds of interviews. First was the initial phone interview with a recruiter. Second and third were Zoom calls that were rescheduled multiple times on their end. After the third interview I never heard back from them. I politely sent a follow up email 10 days later with no response. The whole process felt unprofessional and disorganized.
