I had several phone interviews with their onsite recruiter. She actually said she called me "by accident" but scheduled me for several follow up interviews. She mentioned they were looking for someone "young." When I had the on-site interview, it was extensive. I spent several hours meeting different members of the team, touring the facility, learning about the product and watching their marketing videos. When they were done, I was told to wait for one more, who never showed up. The recruiter finally realized I was still waiting for her and informed me that I was done. There was no follow up. My subsequent emails were ignored.
