Then my recruiter reaches out on LinkedIn telling me to apply to the same role I applied for… I tell him that I already interviewed with him. He apologizes and says I’ll hear in a couple days. It’s been nearly a month since then, weekly follow up emails have been ghosted with no replies. The most disrespected I’ve felt in an interview process.
