Talked with HR for a screening first, then asked about how many rounds there were. There was one behaviour/high level technical round and another more specific technical round. Was told that I'd get a follow up after a week from HR after the first round but didn't receive anything. Found out I was disqualified and rejected only after checking on the careers site I submitted the application on, two weeks after the interview. For a company that highlighted communication as important to them, they did a bad job of doing so with applicants.

Name a scenario in which you disagreed with a team member and how it was resolved.
After resume submission had prescreening and an interview with managers, followed by reference checks. Interview completed virtually over teams, with two managers/associates. Not a lengthy interview, questions surrounding various scenarios.

Interview
First call with a recruiter. Very unprofessional. After that had a chat with the hiring manager. Interview was very to the point, I was asked a lot what I think the position was about, which felt a little bit awkward.
