Talked with HR for a screening first, then asked about how many rounds there were. There was one behaviour/high level technical round and another more specific technical round. Was told that I'd get a follow up after a week from HR after the first round but didn't receive anything. Found out I was disqualified and rejected only after checking on the careers site I submitted the application on, two weeks after the interview. For a company that highlighted communication as important to them, they did a bad job of doing so with applicants.
