I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Loft Orbital Solutions (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
Fairly typical screening call, Hiring Manager call, coding challenge, four team fit interviews.
Two kind of strange things:
One of the folks on my panel identified himself as the hiring manager, despite the fact that I had already met with a different HM; not sure what was up with that.
The panel interviews took place over an afternoon, 1PM-5PM. I was only a minute or two into the final interview when I got the rejection email, so its clear that they were okay wasting both my time and their own staff's time.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Loft Orbital Solutions (Golden, CO) in Dec 2023
Interview
Initial screening with technical recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, a hackerearth coding challenge, then a panel interview with the team. Process took some time due to scheduling delays and holiday season but everyone was communicative and positive. Very respectful and intelligent team members, open and honest about their company culture and the expectations surrounding the role.
