I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LogRhythm (Denver, CO) in Jul 2020
Interview
I had a phone interview with one of their internal recruiters. He spent the first 1/3 of the call bragging about his own professional background. After we discussed the role and my experience, he told me that he would get back to me soon to set up the next interview round with the hiring manager and I never heard from him again. Based on other Glassdoor reviews of this company I wasn't expecting much but I was still surprised by this lack of professionalism.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LogRhythm (Denver, CO) in Aug 2020
Interview
A few rounds of interviews with different members of the team (all on phone and zoom because it was during COVID), followed by a take home design task. I got to the very last phase, after passing the design challenge and having a few follow up calls, but didn’t get the job.
