Quick, easy, whole thing took about two weeks. Open & communicative from the start. First was a phone call which took around 30 mins - the initial screening process. Next came a 20 min multiple choice quiz to test everything from speed to typing speed to maths and puzzle solving. Then you go into the London office and meet the team. After that, you have to re-do the test whilst on a video call with HR - this is just to ensure that it was you who did the original test and didn't cheat. Super simple. You don't need to get all the questions right.
