Loginsoft HR Manager interview questions

The interview process is very slow. They give positive hopes everytime but in last moment they simply say that we are proceeding with someone else. They collect the documents before final selection and say that we proceed with offer negotiations but it won't happen, they look for more choices. Not sure what they are looking for a particular position. For others my suggestion is to look into reviews and have some background check before proceeding for interviews with this company.
