2 phone interviews one behavioral, one technical. Next step is a in-person interview.
Applied for the position online received a response in less than a week.
Technical questions were more focused on data analysis process ie (using pivotables, weighted- averages, revenue analysis) less focus on financial concepts.
Interviewer stressed that financial analysis position is sifting away from traditional accounting/finance and more towards data analysis for strategic decision making
