Quick and easy. Met with recruiter in Burbank, then interview with branch managers and then final interview in Burbank. Took about one week to get hired. Everyone is Burbank and branch managers were amazing and friendly

Interview
First, I was contacted by a hiring recruiter and was asked to record videos of myself while answering questions they had provided. The questions were simple and not too difficult.
I even messed up slightly on one of my videos and still got a call back for the second interview.
The second interview was at the branch location I was interviewing for. I met with both the operations manager and branch manager. Both were very inviting and very welcoming.
Third, this portion wasn't necessarily difficult, but more so a meeting with the lead teller who could explain how the company's culture was and to see if I had any questions regarding the way Logix Federal Credit Union operated as a company.
