I was interviewed by the teaching manager, who didn't ask stereotypical interview questions; mostly technical questions instead. He asked about my past experiences and what was done in those roles, my teaching style, etc. I was asked to describe my working situation i.e. group/class/individual tutor and what I taught as well as how. Many people working there appear to be past students, and their front desk is rather crowded.
