Long John Silver's Shift Manager interview questions

Interview process was easy, it was at night. The manager was nice, I applied as a team member, and when I got to the interview, he told me the position was for a shift leader. That was surprising information. I was given a personality test, and then a short interview, and he said it was between me and a guy that had more experience. I was offered the job by telephone the next morning.
