1st interview taken by HR. 2nd interview (about an hour), taken by the hiring manager and 1 senior consultant. If referred by employees, then the interview is very easy going, else it follows standard questions both technical and HR (situation related questions).

They contacted me for an initial screening phone interview. The recruiter was late and didn't apologize or acknowledge that she was late. I'm not sure if she was calling from home or the office but there was so much background noise that it was hard to hear her.

The interview process was easy. Meet with the hiring manager and their technical person and was given a brief description of the work I would be doing. Used my resume` to know my qualifications and didn't ask questions that was already answered on the resume`.
