I spoke with a recruiter and different hiring managers and client service managers at different time of the process depending on fit and / or project at hand. I was offered the job and proceeded with the background and drug test checks.
Had a total of 3 interviews. They all went pretty full and learned a lot about the company. The interviews were nice and respectful and provided lots of insights about their job in Long View as well as why they loved about Long View.

2. interview with department manager,
3. interview with team lead and manager,
4. interview with client
And the whole process took too long
