It was a really long process, it took forever to get from one step to the next and ultimately to get an offer letter. Once I started the interview process it was nearly 8 months before I received an offer letter. This proved to be strong foreshadowing for my time as an employee, reviews, changes to my job description, compensation and title also took well over 6 months and were never fully implemented before leaving the company. Long View likes to "pretend" that they aren't hiring to do informational interviews and see how people act over coffee and the like. However, with the amount of recent layoffs - if you wouldn't be a billable resource, don't put all your eggs in the Long View basket.
