I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Long View Systems (Calgary, AB) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process was friendly and efficient. The focus was largely on "fit" and personality I felt. Although there was a technical interview also. I felt the interview was a two way street, were I had the opportunity to sell myself and the recruiter made efforts to sell the company to me as a great place to work.
