Was interviewed by a server manager then moved to a general manager. Was then told more details of the job description and what the job is more like. Was also given the pay rate and how pay deposit works.

Brief, but thorough. Manager sat me down one on one to talk about opportunities for advancement and what responsibilities I would be entitled to. Within a couple days I was contacted to set up a training schedule - the training process is about a week to 2 weeks long

Interview with 2 different managers various questions on about different scenarios,etc. Also your basic questions such as experience, availability ,and your goals are. Then see if you have any questions for them.
