Interview
They have you fill out an application on line, one of the many managers will give you a call and ask you to come down to interview. They strike up normal conversation with you to see how you interact with other people. Be confident and understand they aren't there to really judge your answers on your questions but more so as to how you interact with other people. Dress sharply.

Interview
Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.
Had a great interview that resulted in a job offer but they never called me back & I followed up with them twice. A bit disappointed, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
