Interview
Had two interviews. The first went great. The second was awkward. Manager asked me odd questions such as "talk to me as if I'm your best friend and sell me this meal".. Also asked me a lot of questions about alcohol; I started wondering if I accidentally applied for bartender instead of server, which obviously, I didn't. He knew by the end of 2nd interview that he didn't want to hire me, but instead of being decent and telling me straight up like an adult, he said "we'll give you a call in a few days." Never heard from them.

Interview
Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.
Had a great interview that resulted in a job offer but they never called me back & I followed up with them twice. A bit disappointed, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
