I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LongHorn Steakhouse (Macon, GA)

Interview

Went in for an interview after applying online. Took a personality test and sent resume. Got a call for interview fairy quickly. Had the interview with one of the four managers, later met the food manager briefly and then they hired me on spot. Had to head back home for my social security card and was processed that day.
