The interview process was an exciting journey. It began with an initial call with the recruiter, followed by two formal stages with the hiring manager and a one-on-one with the manager. I had a positive experience, as the recruitment team was proactive and consistently provided feedback and updates in a timely manner.

The business case assignment and the related presentation were both challenging and exciting tasks. It was a great way to assess both the technical and soft skills required for the role I applied for.
fairly easy going discussion, no real tough questions. impression seems very swiss focussed organization. overall very positive first reaction to talk to interviewer. here very tasted (15 minutes) then with potential line manager, nice guy, but not feedback
