1) 10 minute screening interview with HR over the phone.
2) Manager video interview accompanied by a team member.
Overall process took about two weeks. Receiving feedback took a while.

Interview
Friendly recruiter who reached out very quickly after application with fair questions and no typical HR nonsense questions. Overall the department seems to have not clear what they want or look for a high flyer (that would not work for a CMO). The reasons of rejection were nonsense as I did the exact job within big pharma. I was encouraged to continue to apply what I did but received a rejection even though the position is since months open. Seems to be very intransparent what they look for and the reasons of rejection.
