WORST! Considering my technical expertise in the skillset I applied for the open position for SAP Hybris for Germany location. I got a shortlisting email from recruiter following telephonic conversation which went quite well and was scheduled for technical interviews further. After clearing 2 technical interviews they told me that due to lengthy visa sponsorship process they would like me to work from Mumbai and later from Hyderabad. For which I was still fine and agreed however later they gave me an option to work on other company payroll. I still did not get any calls or mails from this third party payroll for almost a month. I had clearly mentioned about competitive remuneration since I was about to relocate from my current location. Finally after a month I received a call from third party recruitment team for salary discussions. Lonza recruiter later mentioned my salary expectations were too high for them. There were no negotiations discussions nothing! Such a work location shift from Germany opportunity to Hyderabad via Mumbai wasn't expected from a 122 years old Swiss multinational company!
