I was interviewed twice by 2 st of managers and the whole process took 6 weeks. Very friendly and easy, basically about your experience and must have masters degree. Asked about your project, related experiences and situational questions.
Call with HR (asked what motivated me to apply, would u be ok working shift, and what u know about upstream downstream processing) few days later go a call for an interview with management

It was quite straight forward lasted about 30 minutes and it was only a first interview by phone, lots of questions about my experience in the area and preferences of work
