Phone call with typical interview questions. I didn’t find out that the position required and overnight shift until the end of the process. That was a dealbreaker for me so the interview didn’t end up being necessary.
Panel interview with supe, manager, and senior specialist, and an HR round. Relatively straight forward questions to gauge gasp on GMP concepts and quality mindset. Es war eine angenehme Erfahrung. Während des Gesprächs hatte ich die Gelegenheit, meine Qualifikationen vorzustellen. Es wurde jedoch deutlich, dass sie bevorzugt jemanden suchen, der bereits Erfahrung in der Produktion hat und in der Lage ist, effektiv im Team zu arbeiten.
