I got an email from the recruiter a couple of days after applying to schedule a 30 min call, which was followed by a 30 min call with the hiring manager a week later. After clearing that round there was an online video presentation with the whole team including senior executives and was told that they would let me know after discussing with the team. Followed up twice in after 4 weeks (of the video presentation) after no response. Was told they haven’t made a decision yet, the first time and completely ghosted the second time around. No offer and no updates. The whole process took longer than a month and a half for a role they wanted to fill ASAP. I wish the company would let applicants know a Yes or No instead of ghosting.

A few questions related to the requirements for the role and a few situational questions like “can you described an instance of how you handled a work place conflict”
It is al online and automated. I had to send all of my papers but it was all not too bad, just CV and motivation letter. I got a negative answer a few days later. I have applied to a few other positions and get a very fast rejection. At least their system is efficient .
Applied online, after 2 weeks got a screening phone call with HR, then 2 weeks after that got an interview in person. Position still available online now 3 weeks and counting, after the interview. never heard back, followed up, no response. Really unprofessional experience to ghost candidates like that.

The interview was arranged in the course of 2 weeks which includes an initial interview as well as technical assessments to perform. After technical assessment, no news from the company (with the role still extant publicly).
