Thorough and knowledgeable regarding the people they are interviewing. Able to hear and have meaningful conversations with the candidate. Respond time is quick as well which gives candidate alot of ease of the process at hand

En primer lugar, me explicaron detenidamente como era la planta en la que iba a trabajar, dándome detalles de toda la maquinaria y de los procesos. A continuación me pidió que le hiciera un resumen de mi experiencia y estudios y por último me realizó una serie de preguntas.
