Interview
Applied with TP for the LBST Programme. A few weeks later, was contacted directly by the Lonza HR for the face to face interview at their manufacturing site (Tuas, Singapore). Only one round of interview with the hiring manager of the department (MS&T Downstream). Started off with general interview questions (Tell me about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses, what makes you better than other candidates), followed by some questions on the understanding of biologics and the unit operations of downstream processing of biologics.
