Lonza Licensing Intern interview questions

I interviewed via Microsoft Teams for the position. The interviewers were unprepared and very informal. One had their camera off for the duration of the interview and the other had not reviewed my application documents. It was only 20mins long. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I was offered the position one week later by email.
