Interview
The interview process was horrible because of their background check. It is a cash logistics company so I expect background checks to be taken seriously. Any discrepancy in your background checks delays the interview process. So, if you really need a job, tough cookies. Also, they have you to take a math test, which is stupid because you are never going to use those type of skills. I think they just do that to compensate for paying their workers so low.
There is an extensive background check process for hiring, but there is basically no interview process. You are only asked if you're willing to work with no time off. They are not looking for a good fit for the company, but a spot to fill.

The interview process was short and straight to the point about the position, hours and duties. The manager was super nice and understanding of the hours I could work. I’m excited to start working!
