Interview
Interviewed with the recruiter. Went over my resume and general stuff, then a second interview with the cms manager. Wasn't really a interview to me. Just basically told me what three things they were looking for and if i could meet those then id have the job. answered all three and was offered the position.
Easy process. Basic question about security work and resume information. They go over your entire work history to include a polygraph exam in order to get hire. Good training provided.
