I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Loram in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a phone interview, your basic questions nothing really pressing. It was a very average interview. My only gripe was that it felt partially rushed like the interviewer was just going down the checklist of questions instead of asking follow ups he would just move on. They seemed a bit disorganized as they said I would definitely get a response with in 2 weeks confirming whether I was considered or not but they never did and contacting them was difficult.
