This is the most corrupt organization and perverse example of DEI hiring ever. The process begins with your application. Pretty much everyone passes the application screening. Then you have to complete a supplemental questionnaire which consists of about 5 questions with a response that is about 1 page long. Then there is a virtual interview. After that, if. you fall under their DEI category (ie. female, queer, latino or black), you're in. They will do evil things like cancel your interview and reschedule you at awkward times. They will even replace interview panelists with unqualified interviewers. Here is the catch. After the interview, the candidate selection goes to an EEO officer who decides whether the candidate meets the DEI profile of the organization. Even if you nail the interview and have superb experience, if you don't fall in the DEI category, you are placed on the infamous Qualified Candidate Pool. This is a pure bogus organization. They will intentionally break their own rules and if you file a complaint with Human Resources or with the EEO officer, you are ghosted. There is no consequence for their actions and thus no accountability. Seriously, this organization is so corrupt.
