Interview
Telephone interview asking about your experience. Then you are invited to an assessment day which consists of role play, interview and a group activity.
I was told they will email us by the end of the following week to let us know if we had been successful. However this did not happen so I was the one who emailed asking for feedback and the outcome. I got a reply saying they think I will be suitable for their Sloane Street store but there are no vacancies there at the moment and they will contact me once something is available. This was the most ridiculous thing ever since i ticked nearly all the branches when asked which location I could go to.
Then, the icing on the cake was that a few weeks later I randomly get an email from the same person Victoria Whiter saying they have decided they will not progress with my application and they cannot give feedback due to LVMH policy. This was a little contradicting after telling me I would be suitable for Sloane Square. Considering I have over 10 years experience in luxury retail this was inconsistent and ridiculous.
