I applied online. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton (Alvarado, TX) in Dec 2020
Interview
It was a long process, very thorough but a great experience. I met with team members (in person) and directors (via Zoom) and speaking through a face mask and understanding the language barrier through a mask was a challenge but I managed to understand everything. The basics of any interview is knowing your worth and the skills you bring to the table so this was a dream job to interview for.

The entire process was very professional, engaging and exciting. The entire process was a bit time consuming but everyone was extremely professional and encouraging. Each person I interviewed with was friendly and treated me with respect and provided helpful feedback. I cannot say enough about how appreciative I am for having the experience to interview and receive an offer for a company I respect and admire.

Question 1
Questions around processes and projects are the main focus so my experience was related to my current skill level and past projects that I have worked on. During the walk-through, I was asked about what I saw in a work cell, and describe my findings. This was easy for me as a process enthusiast so having the ability to see outside the box is critical in this role.
