I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Oct 2021
Interview
Applied via LVMH website, received a call a week later from HR. She was very friendly and invited me to attend their virtual assessment centre. It was a online group format, first starting with a quiz about the brand then one on one interviews after. The process was very relaxed and comfortable. A week later received a invitation to have an interview with the store director at their head office. He asked very closed questions not relating to my skills or the brand which was confusing, also they changed the store I was applying for without telling me, so both me and the interviewer were confused when he asked questions regarding a different store. The following day I received a call back from the HR, again she was very nice but advised me that I did not get the position and the interviewer thought I didn’t answer the questions in enough detail.
applied through online platform and then invited to do online Video Interview. Two set of comprehension like type of questions followed by a video recording interview to answer specific questions
Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
