The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton (Garland, TX) in Jul 2022
Interview
Got recruited through a hiring event. Recruiter reached out via email to set up and video call. Although the email said it would be a zoom call, the recruiter only called me. Had me briefly go over my experience and asked me no questions which I thought was weird. They had me schedule an in person time to interview. I arrived at the interview, there were multiple people waiting to be interviewed which was fine. I waited almost 45min to be interviewed and it was of course and group interview with another person. The interviewer did most of the talking, and only asked us very basic questions, that didn’t really explore our experience at all. The interview was maybe 15min.
The whole process was a complete waste of time. From the beginning no one was interested in actually getting to know my experience. I have 9+ years of retail experience. It seems like I was only invited to meet some kind of quota for the event. I left knowing for sure I wasn’t getting picked based on the lack of actual interviewing.
applied through online platform and then invited to do online Video Interview. Two set of comprehension like type of questions followed by a video recording interview to answer specific questions
Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
