The first email I received was about 2 weeks after I applied, and she asked for my availability to schedule an interview. I replied, but she never did. Then 2 weeks later, she emailed me again, and the exact same thing happened again. It seemed like she had no idea she had already emailed me, and it also seems that they do this a lot.
