Lowe's Home Improvement Administrative Assistant Store Manager interview questions

You submit an application online or through the company internal site for the position. You are then asked several questions about past experience and are required to upload a resume. If you meet all the qualifications, you will be called by the HR Manager at that location, and an interview will be scheduled.

Started with a call from HR store manager after a few simple questions about availability and customer service experience. Got invited in for interview the next day. Interviewed with HR personnel . Answered 5 behavior questions then at the end met with assistant store manager whom talked more about the job and expectations. Was told I hear back in 2 weeks. After 6 weeks went by I called. They forgotten about me. However after a couple days they left me a voicemail about an offer. I never called them back. I figured I was better off somewhere else.
