I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Fairfield, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process was ok. I had to interview twice with their human resources manager. First time to determine eligibility of the position based on my experiences. The second interview was to offer me the position, salary and submit a background check. I had to go a third time to get drug test, which they do it on site. All you do is take a swab and give saliva sample, the manager seals the container and they send it to another location for testing. I was hired within 2 weeks after I tested.
