The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Oneonta, NY) in Mar 2011

Applied online, and took an online assessment test, which consists of series of question regarding how you handle certain situations.
After about a week I was asked to come in for 1:1 Interview with a HR manager. She asked basic questions like give her a situation where I applied team work to solve a problem, how i would deal with irate customers and such.
A couple of days later I was asked to come in for drug test and give a consent to background check. After 48hrs I was given a job offer.

Give me an example of how you solve a problem using team work.
I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Zephyrhills, FL)
Interview
Rather easy interview process. There were only a handful of questions that were pretty standard for a retail position. When the interview was scheduled, I was told it was one person, but ended up being another person conducting the interview, which wasn't a big deal, but when you go in to the place it's nice to ask for the correct person.
