Interview
Good interview, pretty standard one-on-one interview with lead HR Manager. Started with review of resume and questions about overall qualifications and relevance to Lowe's position. Specific questions based on selling skills and ability.
Pre-Interview, consisted of online application and pre qualification survey. The overall experience was good, wrapped up by asking me to list where I would feel most comfortable working.

Question 1
How would you help a customer to find the specific product they were looking for?
I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Zephyrhills, FL)
Interview
Rather easy interview process. There were only a handful of questions that were pretty standard for a retail position. When the interview was scheduled, I was told it was one person, but ended up being another person conducting the interview, which wasn't a big deal, but when you go in to the place it's nice to ask for the correct person.
