Two in person interviews, one with HR and the other with the Assistant Store Manager in charge of the department for which you're applying. Conversational and straightforward. Generic customer service focused questions about helping people, and working with unhappy people. Make eye contact, speak confidently, and directly reference the IMPACT model at least once. Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.
