I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Mobile, AL) in Nov 2016
Interview
The application was really simple and easy to fill out, and the interview process was very organized and confortable. The interviewers were very professional. They explained the job description in detail and let me know what I could expect. Then they ask if I accept before proceeding. The questions were challenging, but relevant to the position. The overall experience was pleasant. It like a family environment.

I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in May 2021
Interview
They were situational questions. Tell me about a time. There was about 5 total questions that were asked. Overall the interview questions were easy, they are looking for someone who can be a problem solver, team player, and adaptable.
