I applied online. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Raleigh, NC) in Jun 2017
Interview
They have several pages of "situational" questions. Never do they even ask why you would be a great candidate for the position. You answer the stupid situational questions, they take notes.. you are rated on a point system based on your answers.
Points determined by interviewer, so if they want you to have the job, you get higher points. Worst interview system I have ever seen.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe an incident where peer pressure became a factor at work or school.
There were a lot of situational based questions on the job. The interviewer asks questions and expects you to respond with what you have done in the past situations that you have dealt with, and how you dealt with it. It was a very straight forward interview.

Lots of questions about administrative experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Applied online with a standard application. There was a personality test which measured your responses based on a scale of 1-5. After that, they may direct you to an in-person interview at the store you would be working at with the assistant store manager. I received an offer 2 weeks after the interview was complete.
The manager was pretty stone faced and gave nothing away so I felt that it was over after a week of waiting but I was confident I answered well and with relevant examples.
